Here’s a naked look with minimal makeup..

Life isn’t polished, like photo shoots and editing apps and Instagram optics. We don’t get a dress rehearsal for the situations that come up, for the obstacles and challenges and hard times, that are complicated yet simply - growth opportunities.

What I’ve learned is that what we do get however - is a choice. The choice to choose our thoughts. The choice to choose when to stand up for ourselves, for others, for what’s right, the choice to take our power back from the people, places and things that are crossing our boundaries.

In a world where many are “shoulding” all over themselves and therefore others - where there’s no permission to be uniquely as God made you, being true to oneself will seem at first like an act of rebellion, but it’s actually an act of self love and respect.

My reality is always relative to my mindset, and a reflection of my current state of being aka vibration.

If I want something to change, I have to change. It’s meta-physics..

Any small step taken with intention produces a greater outcome than large ones taken unconsciously, on autopilot (yawn) & in haste.
